Our customized personal training services are tailored to your individual needs. We will assess your current fitness level and create a sustainable, tailored program using exercises that are appropriate for you to help you reach your goals.
And, we will provide you with the motivation and support you need to succeed!
Although some of the below services are optional and training methods will vary depending on your goals and level of fitness, this page will give you an idea of what to expect when you begin your training. All clients, especially beginners are recommended to go through the initial assessments listed so that your program can be customized for you.

Meet-and-Greet
Our first meeting will be to fill out forms, and discuss your goals, current daily activity and eating habits, current and past medical information.

Posture & Movement
We will assess your posture and movement patterns when performing some overhead bodyweight squats. From these we can begin to design an exercise program tailored specific for your bodies needs and your goals.

Self Myofascial Techniques
Learn how to take care of those tight,
sore muscles from your neck down to your toes..These will be used in the warm-up to decrease tension in tight muscles and relax them and to reduce risk of injury during your workout.

Corrective Exercise
Based off of your assessments , exercises specific to your body’s needs will be worked into your training program. If requested, a program to do at home can be purchased. Some equipment is required.

Movement Education
You will learn how to breathe properly, and perform the primary movement patterns such as overhead pressing, squatting, hip hinging, pushing, pulling, etc. The image above is a demonstration of hip hinging.

Core Training
Core training is one of the most important components of total body strength and performance. It is also very important for low-back health. A strong core will also help improve posture and decrease risk of injury.

Balance
Improve total body stability, proprioception (body awareness), and prevent falls. Having good balance skills can also improve reaction time, and coordination.

Skill Development
Speed, agility and quickness training is a fun way to improve balance and coordination. These skills carry over to activities of daily life. Modalities used can include an aerobic step, plyo box, speed ladder, or battle ropes.

Resistance Training
This will be the largest component of your workout. For most people, each day will be a total body workout doing exercises that are appropriate for you. Difficulty will only be increased when you feel safe and ready.
