
About Pure Motion Fitness
My name is Janelle Demeria. I began my fitness journey in 2006 when I finally got tired of being overweight and unhealthy. It was a long, difficult journey. I had no idea what I was doing. I tried different diets and exercise programs. I drastically cut my calories and did a lot of cardio. I was losing weight, but lacked energy, was starving, and couldn't keep consistent with high intensity, or long durations of steady state cardio. It was just not enjoyable, or sustainable.
Then I discovered resistance training and knew this was it!
I got strong, lost weight, and was able to eat more!
This was when fitness became my passion! Since then, I live and breathe fitness and now want to help you enjoy those same benefits!

My Passion
For me, being healthy is more than just weightlifting. It is about moving better, preventing or reducing pain and injuries, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep.
I want to help you accomplish all of this. It will not be easy, especially at first. I will provide you with programming that is appropriate for you and guide you through the process of making lifestyle changes that you can maintain for the rest of your life! I want to provide you the tools to move and feel great!
It might take awhile and some trial and error to see results, but if you stick with it, in time, you won't regret it. It will take commitment, consistency, and determination to succeed and there will be obstacles to face, but in the long run, you will become a new you!
Hours of Operation
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
Thursday: Closed
Saturday: 10:00 am -2:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
(hours may vary)
This is a private studio run out of my home, so sessions are by appointment only
