Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Single Session Purchases: A credit card will be kept on file, and late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the session, which will be charged to the card. Session Pack Purchases: Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of one session from the package. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; therefore, one late cancellation per quarter will be permitted without penalty. Quarters reset on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Late/No-Show Policy: Should you arrive late for a session, it will conclude at the originally scheduled time. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in that session being redeemed from your package, or will be charged to the credit card on file. If you show up, but have to leave immediately, it will treated as a no show. Refund Agreement Session packs: Refunds are exclusively offered to new clients. Should you choose to discontinue training within 48 hours following your second session (excluding the consultation), unused sessions can be refunded. Single sessions: All purchases of single sessions are non-refundable Online Training App: No refunds. However, you can cancel at any time. While this policy may seem strict, it is designed to protect the integrity of our business and to help keep you accountable on your fitness journey. Session Pack Terms: Session packs are good for the following durations: 4 Sessions: 5 Weeks 8 Sessions: 8 Weeks
